Hypothesis sidebar covers webpage scrollbar

Hello,

I'd like to allow users to use hypothes.is on my website/e-book. However, the hypothes.is sidebar covers the scroll bar on the webpage and renders it unusable. Is there a way to move or temporarily hide the sidebar so that users can use both the hypothes.is sidebar and the website scroll bar?
