Installing H locally

I can't seem to find the documentation for installing H locally. I read through all of the pages here: https://h.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developing/

I have in my old notes a link to this page: https://h.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developing/install/

It doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Are there installation instructions somewhere?
