to hypnosis
So many people want to master hypnotic mind control and there are
audio programs that use hypnotic techniques to help train your mind.
There is a better way to train your mind to do what you want it to
do...
What's that you ask? What's better than listening to a hypnotic audio
program? Ok, maybe you didn't ask that. The answer is self hypnosis.
Now I am not going to go into a long winded explanation of how the
mind works. Suffice it to say you want to program your unconscious
mind to get you what you want.
Now, let me give you a bit of background here. Before I became a
hypnotic mind control junkie I was into understanding how the mind
works. I came across a book by, get this, a plastic surgeon by the
name of Dr. Maxwell Maltz.
The book was titled "Psycho-Cybernetics" and it was all about how to
program your mind to accomplish your goals. One of my favorite
passages is when Dr. Maltz talks about how we pick up a pencil. Now
think about it for a minute. Do you think "OK, I need to flex my
triceps, then relax my biceps, etc. to move your hand into position to
pick up the pencil?"
Of course not. It almost sounds silly to ask. Well what if you could
program your mind to improve your life just by thinking "K, I want to
improve my life." It works with a pencil so it should work with
everything else.
In the book, Dr. Maltz explains how to use visualization to program
your unconscious mind to do what it takes to get your vision. So for
example if you vividly imagine living in a red brick mansion, with
green grass, roman pillars, 2 car garage, etc. (remember I said
vivid), your unconscious mind will go to work to get you your vision.
OK, back to self hypnosis. How can we use self hypnosis to accomplish
the same goals? Well, when you are using self hypnosis the idea is to
give your unconscious mind a task or a goal you want to accomplish and
then going into trance for a period of time.
For example, let's say you want to improve your skills in Hypnotic
Mind Control. You might say something like this "I ask of my
unconscious mind to review with sounds, images and feelings those
occasions when I used hypnotic mind control well and to extract those
elements of my performance which are distinctive and have them occur
more frequently in my every day behavior."
Then you would use a hypnotic induction on yourself to go into trance.
I have used this technique to improve my sensory acuity, my hypnotic
skills and my relationship with my wife, just to name a few.
You can use self hypnosis to improve your life in ways you never
imagined.
