ANN: Hypirinha 0.2 released

Hi Hypirinha user(s),

I've just released version 0.2.  It's available to download now from:
http://code.google.com/p/hypirinha/downloads/list

Key changes are:
- Basic escaping (thanks to Felix for pointing out this major flaw)
- New constructors for PrintAdapter and DomAdapter.  They now take varargs of "features" which allow you to optionally override any of the default behaviours such as doctypes, namespaces or character escapers.

Upgrading 0.1 to 0.2 should cause minimal disruption for existing applications, and it's recommended based on the important escaping feature.
