Quorum Percentage

Hi all,

I have an installation with 7 range servers. When one of these range server die, my hypertable die too. I didn't change the quorum. Is the default value (90) suitable for my configuration? What is the best value? How is it working?

7-ranges to quorum 90,

It is almost as idle state, as like there is no 10% from 7 to proceed with 1 to be decommissioned .

at smaller clusters , it is even better to have the quorum at 100 , while get the failed server back on-line without it to be scheduled for a re-balance.
