Hypertable source code documentation

We've begun to add Doxygen comments to the Hypertable source code.  Our goal is to have the entire code base fully documented by the end of the year.  Please have a look at our newly added source code documentation page:

Navigate to the Modules menu and click on the AsyncComm module to see what a fully-documented module looks like.

I recommend adding: (at the beginning of the Class)

Great to have the CELL COUNT ISSUE on delete FIXED(compactor)

1) is there the interest for another options_spec for SELECT to be added? :  (it is a safety trigger, in case, before the Connection falls)
