Hi,
Thanks for the previous help! I was able to get some things done using just the IPython module that Hyperspy installs on Windows 10. And I look forward to the update so I can use everything in Anaconda! However, I have 3 files (attached) that were produced on a machine whose software was upgraded so that I can no longer find a way to open them. They are all in .spc format. They are scans of upconversion nanoparticles with a NaYF4 structure and doped with Nd, Tm, Yb. There will probably be carbon and oxygen contamination. I need to get out percentages of each species on the samples.
It doesn't appear as if Hyperspy supports .spc and the companies free viewer (from
edax.com) doesn't work as far as I can tell. Does anyone know a way to view these files in Hyperspy or otherwise?
Thanks,
Sam
