Hello,

I have an EELS core loss file (Fe-L) and a zero loss file acquired sequentially.  They are shifted about two pixels from each other due to the difference in acquisition time.  Is there a way to shift one of them so that they are aligned in the spatial direction so that I can use the zero loss for deconvolution?

Thanks,

Zack
