Hi, I am currently trying to remove spikes on a line on an EELS datacube. I use the spikes_removal_tool functions and everything seems to be OK until the end of the process. But when I try to display the datacube after the treatment it seems unchanged.
Here are the commands I typed:
s.spikes_removal_tool()
s.plot()
Do you knox what I am doing wrong?
And extra question : on my datacube only one line is deffective, it it possible to specify a position where to remove the spikes?
