hyperopt from/for R - hopticulate

Hello all,

I got a contract for some R modeling, but wanted to use hyperopt, having 

found it really useful on a previous project - so I wrote a quick R package

to export hyperopt through reticulate, thought it would be good to share

and get some feedback.

You can define objective functions in both R and Python, so it's the best

of both worlds.
