Bayes optimisation

Hi to all,

  In the text posted on the main page of hyperopt documentation (http://hyperopt.github.io/hyperopt/) it says that Bayesian optimisation based on GP and regression trees are not yet implemented. Can you give links to papers describing these techniques so I can study them in details?
