UBER and file upload

May I know, if a file upload message could be represented by UBER?

That shows:

- sending="multipart/form-data"

- a data element to capture the filename

what's not clear in this example is how a client app would *know* to 

- create a UI that includes something like the File Picker control

- convert the stored filename into a byte stream of the file's content on disk 

this is a UI issue (e.g. HTML) rather than a protocol issue (HTTP) and UBER doesn't have a good answer for this yet. 

i've been using convention and code to solve for the UI challenges so far.
