Position: Cloud Build and Devops Engineer
Location: Mahwah, NJ

• Build Engineer with Application Development, containers, Docker and kubernetes
• Developer resource to support Cloud Development Center efforts at client.
• The role would support the enterprise implementation of Google Cloud Platform, Openshift and Azure.
• The resource would assist the Integration and Cloud Development Center team with researching and delivering best practices, code samples and more to the enterprise for cloud technologies.

Details In-Scope:

• Assist with creation and implementation of CI/CD Pipelines.
• Provide support to application teams to onboard on to OpenShift, GCP and Azure.
• Research new cloud technologies.
• Present findings to other team members and enterprise.

Platforms Supported: 

• OpenShift
• Google Cloud Platform
• Azure

Skills Required (Development 80%):

Qualifications:

• Candidates will possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates will have working knowledge of SDLC, containers, docker and kubernetes.
• Candidates will have development background in Java and NodeJS.
• Candidate will have experience with GIT, Jenkins and Nexus.
• Candidates are capable of working independently and with little to no supervision (vendor managed service).
• Experience using Microsoft Office: MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
