Introducing the HyperDex Network Operations Console

We are proud to announce a Network Operations Console (NOC) for
HyperDex. The NOC provides a browser-based means of observing (and
eventually controlling) a HyperDex cluster. The NOC provides an
at-a-glance cluster overview, and automatically collects a variety of
statistics from all servers in a cluster.

The NOC is currently in pre-release status and we're looking for
community feedback to shape its direction moving forward.
