New MagicTile puzzles from Luna

Hi all,

Luna sent me a swath of puzzle configs, taking the total number of MagicTile puzzles from 1258 to 1443. There are some cool ones! You can grab the latest at http://roice3.org/magictile

This is the first MagicTile update in over 3 years, and the list of additions is below. If I don't note particular new slicings, Luna added a new coloring with multiple slicings.

Make that 1451 puzzles. Luna shared a new {4,4} slicing on discord that is now added to all puzzles with those tilings ;)
