collection won't load

Hello Laura,

It looks like the problem is that this collection is your My Collections, which contains all the collections you've made. The My Collections collection doesn't show in Narrative Mode, because we expect users to create a separate collection if they want to display objects. Could you try putting your objects in a separate collection?

Hi Dave,

Thanks so much for getting back to me! I can't tell you how grateful I am!

Here's my rather pathetic situation: my able Research Assistant, Alison Charny (copied here), actually did all of the work of learning how to use the platform and entering the data. All I really know how to do is access it. But starting yesterday I was not able to access in the normal way. For instance, the login that Alison had set up for the collection no longer seemed to work. I tried creating my own login, but I was pretty much stumped after that.

The *truly* pathetic part of this is that, on Friday, I am scheduled to give a public lecture at a museum in London to present this work. (I've also copied one of the organizers of that event, Hannah Williams, here) And Alison is now en route to Tunisia for a well-earned vacation....

And to make matters even worse, today I start in my new position as Dean of the School of Undergraduate Studies at The New School.

Needless to say, I'm at a loss. If you or anyone on your team might possibly be able to help in any way, I would be grateful beyond belief!!!
