We have secured a PoC to sensor and manage a national UK property portfolio, with the aim to use IoT in dumb, unconnected buildings, and offices with  BMS "smart building" and use IoT to augment.

I wished to throw this out to the consortium first, and invite companies within the HyperCat consortium who have HyperCAT enabled sensors, equipment, systems to work with us. 

If anyone interested, and have a robust and CE approved device, please get in touch.
