We didn't think there might be a market for a pc version. Many work environments that block install of applications also block outbound ports. Technically, a pc or web version would be simple to make we just have to figure out a distribution channel.

The difficulty of a web based version is that the client still runs as local code in your browser. So network communications still originate from your browser and are subject to whatever port blocking your IT policy sets.
A version that originated traffic from a remote server would be a security risk since everyone's passwords would be stored on the remote server.
I could do the first one but would never do the second.
