I downloaded the app and it connects andwill run it just doesn't

Ryan,
Please try running in windowed mode, sometimes we can't take a screenshot in full screen mode because the pixels only exist in video ram.
Running in windowed mode is also better because the size of the image we have to transfer is smaller. Lower resolutions = better performance for mobile.
