This app doesn't seem to be on the Android Market anymore. Was it
pulled for some reason?

Link is broken- 404 error. I am trying to reload the app but can't
find a way to do it. Receipt in my google wallet says " app will be
downloaded automatically". This doesn't help me if i do a wipe on my
phone or tablet and need to reinstall fresh.
How do i go about doing this? I've already bought the app once. I
don't have this problem with ANY of my other apps...

Bypassed the link and went direct to homepage via browser and just
learned of the infringement claims via your news posts. Is there
currently a way for existing customers to download the client app
directly, or is that on hold until the universal gaming remote desktop
app is available? Will there be a way for existing customers to
transfer purchase of CRD to the new app when its ready?

Kyle,
We are searching for a solution in this space.  The app is still available in the Amazon Appstore (for Android devices) and I have an inquiry into Amazon to determine whether there is a way to confirm that a user has purchased the app there.  Ideally we could have users switch to Amazon and issue a refund on the Android Market but right now the Amazon Market does not disclose any details about customers that have purchased.  Perhaps we could do something with comments on the Amazon market as a way for us to validate.

Regarding a transfer from CRD to the new application, that's just too far into the future to plan right now.  We want to reward our founding customers and we'll make every effort to do so.

I will let you know once I get word back from Amazon, they seem quite responsive.  For what it's worth, I have been impressed with the Amazon Appstore thus far, they do a legal review of your app before it hits the market and actually have people that you can reach.  I hope since they've already vouched the legality of our app that they won't be so quick to comply with a frivolous DMCA takedown.

Regards,
Zach
