could not get it to download

i would like to purchase the software but when i pay it will not download

1st i got error  403 

then done refund and tried again and it just hang on down load.

other apps download fine 

i would love to use this program you have made please let me know where i have gone wrong

This is a process that we have no visibility or control over.  All we do is upload our app, google takes care of taking your purchase and giving you the download.  Most often this fails because of a declined transaction or expired credit card.  You may want to check your google wallet settings and make sure your details are correct.
