Firefox 2 Party in Hyderabad

October. (It's not that that's the party location. We may go to a
nearer park, etc.)

This Sunday is out of the question unless we meet after 5:30pm. Sorry.

So that Manish can attend the party.

Guys, we will start around 3.30 p.m. and go on up to 6 p.m (and beyond
if possible). Let's meet at S. R. Nagar Community Hall as a starting
point.

Late joiners call me (98664 95967) or anyone you know in the party to
know where the mob is at that point of time. We may visit some of the
net cafes to tell them upgrade to Fx2.

It is rather a bad start because of rain. In all, six people have
turned up. Not bad in that cloudy evening.

After introductions, we talked about FSF-AP activities, Swecha Linux
distribution, gnome localization, etc (all most all of the comers are
currently (or were in the past) part of FSF - AP).

We proceeded to visit some of the internet cafes near by SR Nagar
community hall. We told the cafe managers about Firefox 2. And we
downloaded and installed Fx2 on a machine and convinced them to
install it on all of their machines.

Even after this visit to net cafes, we talked about more FSF-AP
activities, and upcoming Swecha 4 release (or precisely, I learned
what's going on).

This is the first meet of this kind; we had no plans how to do it.
Agreeing we would meet in future occasions and do it better, we had
some snacks and called it a day.
