Paypal payments not being reflected

Hi everyone,

Just an FYI that Paypal's IPN system is down, which means payments made via HC aren't being reflected in HC's system. So far they haven't given an ETA on when this will be fixed. Sorry! I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything.

Also, if you've made a store payment, SC payment, etc., please give me a little time as I'm going to have to update these manually.
