[Hyderabad Tenants] Affordablity in Hyderabad

Roti,Kapda auur makhan(Food,Cloths and Shelter)are considered to be basic amenities
required for a common man to live.
Food and clothes were already been costlier due to high inflation raise. Shelter is becoming costlier and expensive in Hyderabad. In previous days middle class people affords to live comfortably in Hyderabad. But in present days middle class are feeling the pain of paying huge Rents.
What is the Root Cause of these Hikes:
IT companies and many MNC's opened their corporate offices in Hyderabad.
IT sector opened doors for many job opportunities.
City was flooded with professionals who are earning huge salaries.

House owners who use to get pretty little amount rents previously started seeing these
new earning holy cows(Kamadhenuvuluu).Started observing the lifestyles of these professionals.
Then Started demanding high rents.2 Bed Room flat which use to be 2000 Rs to 3000 Rs became 8000 Rs. Greedy Owners started increasing rents as if whole Hyderabad population are IT professionals.
Who are the sufferers:
A common middle class people and lower middle class people were the people who are facing the Music. Think of a normal employee who earns 6000 Rs to 12000 Rs salary per month.
Half of their salary goes for House Rent,and has to spend his remaining amount
to purchase their Bread and Butter.
House owners who use to get pretty little amount rents previously started seeing these

What about IT Professionals ?
IT professional who are getting good amount of salaries were experiencing the pain.Usually all employees who works in and around Madhapur stays at nearby proximity. House owners around these areas demands Huge amount for rents. They will make IT professional real bakaras. Even a single bedroom with least basic amenities costs 6500Rs. Of course Electricity and Water costs etc. Every year no matter what happens the house rent is increased by 10%. Tenants have to hike 10% rental payment,even average increment/salary hike in IT industry in this year is of 5% to 8% in average.
