We are pleased to invite you to the webinar featuring the IAHR Water Monograph on Application of the Lattice-Boltzmann Method in Hydraulics, which will be held online onTuesday 2 June from 15:00 to 16:00 h CEST.  
The lattice-Boltzmann (LB) method is a way of performing simulations of fluid flow and related transport processes, and in this monograph, we argue that it is a useful addition to more mainstream computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods based on finite volumes, finite differences or finite elements. 
The webinar will be introduced and moderated by Damien Violeau and Vladimir Nikora and presented by the Water Monograph author Jos Derksen.
