o Experience in coordinating diverse and multidisciplinary research
teams that propose, ideate, design, and implement scientific
research relevant to watershed function.
o Experience and training in the development and implementation
of strategic planning for working groups.
o Educational background with strong emphasis in ecology,
hydrology, biology and other natural sciences.
o Experience and training in leadership skills and project
management.
o Experience in building productive, collaborative networks across
multiple working groups to improve decision making, problem
solving, and complex solution implementation
