Dear Colleagues,

Acting as the Editor in Chief (EiC) of Stochastic Environmental Research and Risk Assessment (SERRA, https://www.springer.com/journal/477), I am delighted to share with you the excellent news that SERRA’s Impact Factor for 2021 has just been released and it is 3.821 (relative to 3.379 in 2020), again the highest it has ever been!

Stochastic Environmental Research and Risk Assessment – previously entitled Stochastic Hydrology and Hydraulics (SHH) – has a broad focus, bringing together research in various fields of environmental, planetary and health sciences and engineering, while providing an interdisciplinary forum for the dissemination of novel stochastic techniques and risk related cutting-edge research.

Given its progressive and accelerating establishment, you may want to consider SERRA as the next highly impactful venue to submit your high quality research.  A non-exhaustive list of topics covered can be found at the Journal’s webpage. Please feel free to forward my email to anyone for whom you think it may be of interest. Looking forward to receiving your contributions!

Kind regards,
Andreas Langousis
EiC SERRA
