Urgent: paid job opportunity at a Climate Tech startup (Geothara)

We have an urgent paid job opportunity with our startup, Geothara.

Context: Geothara (geothara.com) is a Geospatial Data Science company that works in the nexus of Water, Energy, and Climate (WEC) security. We are currently participating in the National I-Corps Teams program (Oct 16 - Nov 30) to conduct a discovery exercise among prospective users of our cloud-based platform for climate-resilient planning in the WEC nexus.

Request: we have an urgent need to fill a role (Co-Technical Lead) for our National I-Corps program.

Requirements: Anyone willing to do part-time work from the private sector or academia (including Graduate Students, Postdocs, and Faculty) are welcomed. Must have some comfort in time series analysis, say from exposure to upper division courses. Should have work authorization in the US.

Time commitment:

• [required] Zoom meeting attendance for 1.5 hours per week until Nov 15 on Wednesday afternoons in the 1-4 pm window
• [required]  Attendance of a 2-day Zoom event on Nov 29 & 30
• [optional, but nice to have] ~10 hours per week (or less) of additional work to schedule and conduct interviews until Nov 28

Compensation: we will pay a minimum of $2000, and potentially more (upto $10,000) depending on time commitment and seniority.
