SISC Conference 2026 – Call for Abstracts & Special Session on Drought

Dear colleagues,

I would like to draw your attention to the upcoming annual conference of the Società Italiana per le Scienze del Clima (SISC), titled:

“Building Resilience to Current and Forthcoming Climate Risks”
Bolzano (Italy) November 2–4, 2026

The conference is hosted and co-organized by Eurac Research together with SISC.

Important update:
The deadline for submitting session proposals and abstracts has been extended to June 6, 2025.

We are currently organizing, in collaboration with CNR and JRC, a thematic session on drought and related assessments, and we warmly encourage contributions from the hydrology community.

We invite you to submit your scientific abstracts and consider contributing to this session.

We would be very glad to receive your contributions and to see you in Bolzano.
