Lesson learned: Check you SPAM inbox regularly, and don't let it
automatically delete emails. Over the past few weeks, I have found
several legitimate emails in my SPAM inbox - one of them inviting me
to interview. Good thing I noticed that one quickly, otherwise I
would have missed out on that opportunity. It makes me wonder how
many important emails I missed in the past because of a spam filter,
or how many emails I have sent to employers wound up getting filtered
by their spam filter.
