Dear Group Members,

Are you eager to explore the next big innovation in nature-inspired optimization? The Pelican Optimization Algorithm (POA) is making waves across engineering, data science, and hydroinformatics — and now you can master it step-by-step in a concise, easy-to-follow video tutorial.

🎥 Watch here: https://youtu.be/1SL4EWzeRI4

This exclusive tutorial titled “Master the Pelican Optimization Algorithm: A Complete Step-by-Step Guide” breaks down how pelican hunting behavior inspires one of the most promising new metaheuristic techniques. You’ll learn how to design the algorithm, understand its mathematical model, and even implement it practically in Excel — with clear demonstrations and real-world examples.

🌟 Why You Should Watch:
  • Grasp the mathematical foundation and behavioral logic behind the algorithm.

  • Learn complete exploration and exploitation strategies with visual clarity.

  • Apply POA to engineering, scientific computing, and hydroinformatics challenges.

  • Get practical insights for optimization research, coding, and data problem-solving.

This tutorial is perfect for researchers, students, engineers, and enthusiasts in optimization, AI, and computational modeling. It’s not just theory — it’s hands-on, insightful, and ready to elevate your research or project methodology.

Have you tried PBMO from HGL?
PBMO optimization for groundwater refers to Physics-Based Model Optimization, a decision-support framework that combines physics-based groundwater models with optimization algorithms to find the most cost-effective or efficient solutions for groundwater management tasks like dewatering for mining or remediation. This automated approach helps determine optimal strategies, such as the number and placement of wells or pumping rates, by calculating the best outcomes under given constraints.
