Decision Dependent Parameter - Ground Water

Dear All,

I am a student currently doing a groundwater optimization project. 

My optimization model will select the best combinations of bore to maximize water production, and I am using a constant flow rate due to the nature of the pump. However, I have found that the flow rate in the bores will change as per the various combinations of the bore (the flow rate in the bores is a function of the various combinations of the bore).

I would like to model the behavior so that I can find out the flow rate for various combinations of the bore. Does anyone have any experience with such situations or know of studies?
