The dam breach analysis based HEC-RAS model

Dear all

I am a postdoctoral in Geographic science and we have a project on loss plateau in China and we want apply HEC-RAS model to simulate the dam breach analysis based HEC-RAS model, Anyone may help to be familial with the HEC-RAS model to apply it in our study area.
