Your PMG permanent magnet generator does not deliver constant frequency.
The typical setup would bei to rectify the wild AC from the PMG to DC, then to use an inverter to turn the DC to 50 Hz AC.
You can find such inverters for wind turbines and photovoltaic solar panels.
First calculate the maximum output voltage of your PMG - study the PMG datasheet.
Then find a 20KW inverter which accepts this voltage. If the PMG voltage is too high, you might need a transformer to lower the voltage.
