bark 2.1.0 released

Version 2.1.0 of the bark library (http://github.com/addthis/bark) has been released. With this release the bark library no longer uses the com.101tec.zkclient library to communicate with ZooKeeper. The Apache Curator library is used instead.

Bark version 2.1.1 is a minor release that reverts one of the unit tests to select the port 17023 for running a zookeeper server. This behavior is only needed for the Hydra unit tests and should be fixed or made a parameter. Users of 2.1.0 do not need to upgrade to 2.1.1.
