[Hydpy] PyConf Hyd 2020

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to start this thread about PyConf Hyd 2020 and discuss that when shall we plan to organize PyConf Hyd (3rd edition) this year? Last year we started discussing very late and hence there were delays and too many last-minute things to figure out. 

I thought of starting discussions early this year, so feel free to share your inputs?

Yes it's good to start early. Also open early CFP.

I thought of starting discussions early this year, so feel free to share your inputs?

Let's search for a better venue this time that fits our budget. 

A dedicated Track for Devsprint.

Suggestion for dates - August/September seems a good time.
