HR Manager - US Operations

Responsibilities of a HR Manager at Systel include but not limited to:
** Compensation & Benefits Management
** Performance Management including pay reviews
** Corporate communication with colleagues, vendors, clients,
consultants, etc
** Contribute to corporate decision making
** Quarterly manpower planning
** Employee relationships
** Quarterly head count tracking of contract employees, trainees and
permanent employees
** Conducting induction/ orientation Programs to new employees
** Joining formalities, terms of employment, termination, probation and
confirmation etc
** Redress employee grievances
** Maintaining employee records
** Conduct exit interviews & resignation analysis
** HRM related metrics collection
Desired Profile:
** Experience in the US IT consulting / staffing business is preferred
** Minimum of 3 yrs relevant experience & a total of 5 to 8 yrs
experience with high levels of maturity are desired
** Knowledge & understanding of US culture & geography is a must
** Preferable an MBA with HR as major
** Should be willing to work in flexible hours
