Requirement for test lead for Top MNC

We have lots of opening Here at Hyderabad for Test Leads with Top
MNC's of the World.
We want guys who have minimum 7Yrs of experience in total IT
,minimum 5Yrs in testing and at present working as an test lead since
one yr.

1.Testing on .net.
(or)
2.Testing on java and J2EE.
(or)
3.Testing on java or c++ with shell scripting languages like
php,vbscript,pearl.
