Role: Oracle Fusion Technical consultant/ Oracle Fusion Developer- Finance Module

Shift Timing: 3.00 PM to 12.00 AM, “No cab services”

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6+ Years

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

·         Maintain Existing Custom database packages and Reports      

·         Create New Reports as needed            

·         Identify redundancies in existing reports and database packages.       

·         Tune existing reports and pl/sql packages as needed 

·         Ability to clearly document all development related activities is a key requirement    

·         Identification and communication of resolution of technical issues      

·         Create alerts in Oracle Apps as needed             

·         Provide support for all Oracle Technical requirements to include problem identification, reporting, analysis, and resolution         

·         Interact with DBAs and Business Analysts to quickly find root cause and resolve the issue.      

·         Assist project teams in data modeling and architecting / designing new reports and forms      

·         Assist project teams in creating concurrent programs and executables             

·         Migrate custom objects from one instance to another              

·         Provide continuous feedback on project/tasks status and offer constructive options to ensure project continues to meet original expectations        

·         Knowledge of  Oracle Finance Module              

·         Use Metalink to check for issues and solutions             

·         Log SRs with Oracle using metalink      

 

SKILLS REQUIRED            

·         A strong background in Sql and Pl/sql 

·         Proficiency in Oracle Apps data model               

·         Knowledge in Oracle Apps Coding Standards and UI Standards              

·         Strong experience with Oracle Fusion

·         Knowledge in Oracle Apps Financial Module   

·         Experience in Oracle Forms and Reports           

·         Solid experience in development/ customization of XML and BI Publisher reports using Data Templates          

·         Work flow customization and Debugging of Issues       

·         Experience in transforming business requirements and functional specifications into technical design documents and develop as per the design to meet project requirements   

·         Knowledge of jdeveloper and OA framework

·         Performance Tuning sql and pl/sql code           

·         Exposure to PA (Project Accounting) and OTL modules is a huge plus 

·         Willing to work in night shift

·         Excellent communication skills              

 

An ideal candidate would also have experience with:

Experience with Hyperion, Java Background, Oracle Discoverer, Experience with ETLs
