hyde 0.8.6

Hello All,

Just submitted hyde 0.8.6 to pypi.

Huge thanks to all the contributors - you guys are awesome:

Most of the changes in this release are backwards compatible. The only issues

are if you have external code that inherits from hyde plugins, you may have to 

change the import statements to match the plugin reorganization.

Let me know if there are issues with this release.
