Hello All,

Hyde 0.8.8 is a maintenance release primarily to handle two breaking changes in hyde's dependencies:

1)  Smartypants 1.8 seems to break typogrify: https://github.com/hyde/hyde/issues/229
    
      Hyde now requires smartypants < 1.8 to workaround this issue.

2)  Jinja 2.7 broke some hyde sites by changing its include behavior: https://github.com/mitsuhiko/jinja2/pull/84#issuecomment-19208621
     Jinja 2.7.1 reverted that change. Hyde now depends on 2.7.1.
