Responsible of low level project planning and scheduling for the project. Should manage a set of senior and junior developers and will be responsible for delivery to the client. Take responsibility for the directing and counseling and mentoring project team members and technology development /coaching of team members is a part of this role. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 4 - 6 yrs proven track record of development and design work in C/C++ with OpenGL in Graphics Development. Should have excellent programming experience in OpenGL and Graphics technologies Should have technical leadership skills to breakdown overall milestones to detailed measurable technical tasks / deliverables Good Communication Skills. Motivated, self starter who will take the initiative and identify problems and dependencies within code. Expertise in Visual data development for real-time simulation high level of integrity, flexible & commitment towards work. Please Note : The Profile of graphic designer (animator) we do not require .
