Preferences:

· Experience in core IT development skills, including network engineering, security, and software development
· Strong, proven program/project management skills in a technical environment preferably in HIT/HIE areas.

· Experience with HIE standards, including HL7 and CDA
· Experience with advanced Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) experience
· Demonstrable experience in network engineering and/or software programming in support of ambulatory practice or acute care facility operations, with a preference for HIE-related projects
· Operations management experience with cross-functional teams consisting of vendors, partners from non-profit, community-based organizations and large state agencies and systems
· Degree Bachelor's Degree with major course work required in IT, Computer Applications, Health care/health information technology

· Experience with Meaningful Use and the Electronic Health Record Incentive Program
· Experience with Healthcare quality measurement programs like HEDIS, PQRS and the CMS CQMs
