What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Volumes tab
2. Attach an existing volume

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The instance_id select should contain the existing instances

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Hybridfox version 1.7 build 000177
Firefox 14.0.1
Mac OSX 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
This error occurs when using Hybridfox to interact with OpenNebula. The
same error occurs when trying to attach a volume from the instance view,
the volume_id select is empty.
