This occurs for me too. It seems to be linked with having Firefox clear the
history when it closes (specifically saved passwords). Can you have
Hybridfox save the credentials outside of Firefox's password manager?

Specs:
OSX 10.7.3
Firefox 11.0
Hybridfox 1.7 build 000177
Testing on both Euca and AWS
