What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to Eucalyptus cloud.
2. Receive error message "Message was generated in the future", 403 error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This has worked well in the past; all machines using NTP so the times are
synced.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.000177, OSX

Please provide any additional information below.
