What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a EBS volume
2. Select the instance and select from context menu "Attach an EBS volume"
3. The unmapped EBS volumes are not listed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Non attached EBS volumes need to be listed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HF 1.7 build 119 in Windows 7 OS

volumes from instance tab

In Linux OS HF 1.7 build 119 its working fine. Please try by reinstalling
the HF 1.7.
