Filter locations in the google map

There are places marked in the Google map like hotels shrines waterfalls etc . I want to get the longitude and latitude of those places to use in my app

but there are some issues.

many people mark geo locations. So I have to filter the information to get efficient data. If anyone can help me, let me know.
