Notes from Our First General Membership Meeting

Hello Choicers! 

We held our first general membership meeting last Tuesday, September 13th. 

Main Points:

• Want to table?
•  Email ml...@georgetown.edu; Lanier is our Tabling Coordinator this semester and will share the googledoc with you/explain the responsibilities of tabling.
• Condom Ambassador
• Anyone can be a condom ambassador! Stop by the table (once we start tabling, of course) to pick up an envelope and condoms. Hang the envelopes on your door (a free speech zone.) 
• Board Positions
• ANYONE CAN APPLY TO THE BOARD! Freshmen are highly encouraged to apply! Attached to this email is our application. Please complete the application and email it back to hfchoi...@gmail.com
• I'll contact you to set up an interview. Interviews will most likely take place Tuesday evening on the second floor of the ICC.
• Party Bags
• HFC is more than apply to provide condom party bags for any groups and any events. Just contact us ahead of time!
• Stay tuned for amazing opportunites with WAGDTF, Planned Parenthood, and more! I'll forward any information I receive along to the listserv!
• Future General Membership Meetings
• General Membership meetings will take place on the FIRST TUESDAY of the month. I'll send out reminder emails! 
• Board meetings will take place EVERY TUESDAY at 8PM on the second floor of the ICC
• THESE WON'T OCCUR UNTIL AFTER THIS TUESDAY WHICH IS RESERVED FOR BOARD INTERVIEWS. I'll send out a reminder email to our board beforehand. 

Also - My apologies to all alumni that are receieving these messages. Our listserv has been seriously neglected in the place. I'm in the process of transferring all of our beloved alumnus to our alumni listserv. Please bear with me in the meantime. Once again, I'm truly sorry to flood your inboxes with information that irrelevant to those no longer on campus.
