6)    New Issue and New Editors of PCS Voices (普兰之声)
PCS Voices《普兰之声》is a weekly Chinese school students newspaper, established in 2011 with the support from Principal Zhang Xun and his admin team. It was founded with the purpose of showcasing students' Chinese writings and promoting Chinese culture. Over the past two years, PCS Voices has been growing up gradually, and successfully published 60 issues. Meanwhile we trained student editors, assistant chief editors; selected Editor in chief from teachers. Student editors have two-year term, then can be selected as vice chief editors that is also in two-year term, and Editor in chief has one-year term.
This year editorial room has been expanded to include two chief editors (Teacher Yao Ting and Teacher He Xin), two vice chief editors (students), and five student editors. Let's give honors to the previous Editor in chief, Teacher Wei Yali and student editors Lu Zhang and Kaixi Shao. They did a great job and gained a lot of experiences as well. Best wishes to them.
Interested students are welcome to contact Wang Dai, Deputy Academic Dean to apply for joining the editorial board. The requirements are Chinese language proficiency, time management, and attention to detail.
A new issue of PCS Voices, #61 is posted to https://sites.google.com/site/pcsvoices/
